Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
Required Documentation
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Procedure
Do not send your return to the manufacturer. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error may only be partially refunded. This also applies to items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank or credit card company. If there is still no update, contact us at admin@marketsage.app.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded, only regular-priced items can be.
Exchanges
Items will only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. Contact us via email at admin@marketsage.app to arrange for an exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit. If the gift wasn’t marked or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted. Use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance for higher-value returns, as we don’t guarantee receipt of the returned item.
